The Old Cottage was excellent. It was immaculately clean and comfortable and a credit to its owners. The large open plan kitchen/living/dining area was perfect with large tv, log fire and lovely big comfortable sofas. The kitchen area was very well equipped with every pot and utensil you could ever need and the air fryer was a real bonus. Loved the American fridge/freezer and especially the ice maker. Upstairs the two excellent large bedrooms and on suite bathrooms were fantastic with plenty of storage and comfortable beds. The outside courtyard area had plenty of space to park and it has a brilliant undercover hot tub with outside kitchen and table and chairs. There is even an outside tap to wash off your dogs after a trip to the beach! The cottage is ideally located to visit the beautiful clean beaches and surrounding areas with lots to see and do. We have been visiting Northumberland for several years now and we all agreed it was the best cottage we have stayed in by far. Thank you Amanda and John for a brilliant stay and for all the little thoughtful extras you provided even the dogs enjoyed their doggy treats and tennis balls!! Hope to visit again in the near future.
