You’ll be just 2 miles from stunning sandy beaches at Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay, where you can swim, surf or tuck into a picnic. This single-storey home has a striking white facade which stands out elegantly against the blue Cornish sky. Inside, you’ll have a roomy lounge with a smooth wooden floor and dual-aspect windows – after a long day out in the fresh air, curl up on the sofa and switch on the Smart TV for some easy entertainment. The bright and airy kitchen/diner has a dining table plus a breakfast bar for perching with morning coffee and toast. As for bedrooms, the property boasts a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, along with two additional bedrooms – a double and twin that share a family bathroom. All the bedrooms boast elegant timber-framed beds and artwork on the walls. Outside, the enclosed garden is a welcome spot for relaxing in sunny weather, whether you’re cracking open a beer on the patio – accessible from the kitchen – or flipping burgers on the BBQ. There’s a lawned section and an outdoor tap for rinsing off muddy paws. Private parking for two cars is also available. Head to Padstow (3 miles), known as Cornwall’s culinary capital, to wander through its pretty narrow streets before heading for a meal – you could try out one of Rick Stein's three eateries for a tasty treat. Or pull on your hiking boots and join the South West Coast Path (2 miles).
