The property has panoramic views over green fields and wild fells from its large enclosed garden. Five friendly alpacas live in the paddock next door.

Visit Killhope Mining Centre (8 miles, 15 minutes) or Nenthead Mining Centre nearby. Alston's narrow-gauge railway runs through town. Keilder Water sits 25 miles away (45 minutes). Walk sections of the Pennine Way from your door.

The nearest railway station is Haltwhistle, approximately 16 miles away. From there, you can take a taxi to the farmhouse. Alternatively, Carlisle station offers more frequent services and is 28 miles from the property.
